Howell County Health Department reports that an additional 23 cases of COVID-19 for Howell county were reported. This brings the year to date total number of cases to 2440. Of the new cases 16 reside in West Plains, 2 live in Mountain View, 2 live in Willow Springs, and 3 live in Caulfield. There have been 13,397 tested to date.
