Howell County Health Department reports that an additional 31 cases of COVID-19 for Howell county were reported. This brings the year to date total number of cases to 2684. Of the new cases 16 reside in West Plains, 9 live in Willow Springs, 2 live in Mountain View, and 4 live in Pomona. There have been 14,032 tested to date.
