Howell County Health Department reports that an additional 13 cases of COVID-19 for Howell county were reported. This brings the year to date total number of cases to 2826. Of the new cases 11 reside in West Plains, 1 lives in Willow Springs, and 1 lives in Mountain View. There have been 15,479 tested to date.
