Howell County Health Department reports that an additional 41 cases of COVID-19 for Howell county were reported. This brings the year to date total number of cases to 2991. Of the new cases 29 reside in West Plains, 6 live in Willow Springs, 4 live in Mountain View, and 2 live in Pottersville. There have been 16,185 tested to date.
