Howell County Health Department reports an additional 21 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5557. Of the new cases 15 live in West Plains, 4 live in Mountain View, 1 lives in Peace Valley and 1 lives in Moody. There have been 23,942 tested to date.
