Howell County Health Department reports an additional 5 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 2 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.8 %. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6027. Of the new cases 3 live in West Plains, 1 lives in Mountain View, and 1 lives in Pomona. There have been 25,586 tested to date.
