Howell County Health Department reports an additional 2 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 0 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.8 %. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6039. Of the new cases 2 live in West Plains. There have been 25,642 tested to date.
