Howell County Health Department reports an additional 7 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 1 has been identified as a breakthrough case. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.8 %. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6046. Of the new cases 4 live in West Plains, 1 lives in Willow Springs, 1 lives in Pomona and 1 lives in Dora. There have been 25,671 tested to date.
