Howell County Health Department reports an additional 3 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 1 has been identified as a breakthrough case. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.8 %. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6049. Of the new cases 2 live in West Plains, and 1 lives in Mountain View. There have been 25,681 tested to date.
