Howell County Health Department reports an additional 8 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 0 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.8%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6077. Of the new cases 3 live in West Plains and 5 live in Willow Springs. There have been 25,876 tested to date.
