Howell County Health Department reports an additional 12 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 0 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.8%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6089. Of the new cases 8 live in West Plains, 1 lives in Willow Springs, 1 lives in Mountain View and 2 live in Pomona. There have been 25,902 tested to date.
