Howell County Health Department reports an additional 5 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 0 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.8%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6094. Of the new cases 4 live in West Plains, and 1 lives in Willow Springs. There have been 25,966 tested to date.
