Howell County Health Department reports an additional 15 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 0 have been identified as breakthrough cases (numbers are for Saturday, Sunday and Monday). The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.8%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6109. Of the new cases 9 live in West Plains, 2 live in Willow Springs, 2 live in Mountain View and 2 live in Koshkonong. There have been 25,988 tested to date.
