Howell County Health Department reports an additional 4 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 1 has been identified as a breakthrough case. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.8%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6113. Of the new cases 4 live in West Plains. There have been 25,988 tested to date.
