Howell County Health Department reports an additional 4 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 0 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.8%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6134. Of the new cases 1 live in West Plains, 1 lives in Mountain View, and 2 live in Willow Springs. There have been 26,116 tested to date.
