Howell County Health Department reports an additional 13 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 3 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.9%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6201. Of the new cases 7 live in West Plains, 4 live in Willow Springs, and 2 live in Koshkonong. There have been 26,307 tested to date.
