Howell County Health Department reports an additional 7 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 0 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 2.0%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6283. Of the new cases 6 live in West Plains, and 1 lives in Peace Valley. There have been 26,514 tested to date.
