Howell County Health Department reports an additional 19 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 1 has been identified as a breakthrough case. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 2.1%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6391. Of the new cases 12 live in West Plains, 3 live in Willow Springs, and 4 live in Mountain View. There have been 26,672 tested to date.
