Howell County Health Department reports an additional 42 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 8 have been identified as breakthrough cases (numbers include Thursday and Friday). The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 2.0%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6546. Of the new cases 25 live in West Plains, 4 live in Willow Springs, 6 live in Mountain View, 3 live in Caulfield, 3 live in Pottersville and 1 lives in Pomona. There have been 26,951 tested to date.
