Howell County Health Department reports an additional 12 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 2 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 2.3%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6609. Of the new cases 7 live in West Plains, 4 live in Willow Springs, and 1 lives in Mountain View. There have been 27,030 tested to date.
