Howell County Health Department reports an additional 19 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 2 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 2.3%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6628. Of the new cases 10 live in West Plains, 2 live in Willow Springs, and 7 live in Mountain View. There have been 27,036 tested to date.
