Howell County Health Department reports an additional 19 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 1 has been identified as a breakthrough case. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 2.5%. This brings the total number of cases to date to 6735. Of the new cases 11 live in West Plains, 1 lives in Willow Springs, 4 live in Mountain View, 2 live in Caulfield and 1 lives in Pomona. There have been 27,224 tested to date.
