Howell County Health Department reports an additional 20 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 3 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 2.5%. This brings the total number of cases to date to 6755. Of the new cases 6 live in West Plains, 8 live in Willow Springs, 5 live in Mountain View, and 1 lives in Moody. There have been 27,253 tested to date.
