Howell County Health Department reports an additional 9 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 0 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 2.6%. This brings the total number of cases to date to 6862. Of the new cases 9 live in West Plains. There have been 27,406 tested to date (no new testing data today).
