Howell County Health Department reports an additional 12 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 2 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The known breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 5.8%. This brings the total number of cases to date to 9534. Of the new cases 5 live in West Plains, 4 live in Willow Springs, 2 live in Mountain View and 1 lives in Moody. There have been 29,145 tested to date.
