Howell County Health Department reports an additional 5 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 0 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The known breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 5.9%. This brings the total number of cases to date to 9668. Of these cases 4 live in West Plains and 1 lives in Mountain View. There have been 29,760 tested to date.
